Is it ok to use Epilator?

My 18 year old boyfriend got an epilator and he absolutley HATES body hair but the epilator didnt really work but it did make his skin red.personally I dont think it would look gay it just might seem weird to other people but hey if thats what you want to do then do that, nobody shouldnt make you do something you dont want to. My boyfriend even plucks his beard but most of the time he just shaves. I think it would be okay just make sure you have a good epilator. and I THINK it takes like 1-3 weeks for the hair to grow back I dont remember
