I have frizzy curly hair which tends to be in gorgeous curls only when wet. once it is dry its all frizzy and?

ugly. i dont want to use product nor do i want to use heat. i can use a dryer with a concentrator but the thingiee is i want to take advantage of my curly hair cozz i luk good in it.. can someone plz help
