I wAs stupid!!!!now wat 2 do?

im a 15 year old teenage girl.........from my childhood till now i used rough soaps and was very very harsh with my skin...now my skin just luk lifeless dark and aged.....plz plz..teelll me any home remedies to eliminate all dees problems..plz..it is very imp for me.......
