Judgement vs. Righteous Judgement?

We should not judge in condemnation but in reproving by the Word and the Spirit of God. it is legalistic to use the Sabbath to avoid doing good. The letter of the law kills but the Spirit of the law gives life. jesus was saying that he was not breaking the law and that they were judging on the surface of the matter, superficially.
